Amber Anderson is the co-founder of Tote + Pears, a creative studio that partners with brands and employers to understand and connect with their target audience. With their specialty focusing on women, Amber and her team create personas that are like real life; women that wear many hats, play many roles and have unique and varied needs. It's a study of science with a little art thrown in.
